The Google Nest Wifi is a simple way to ensure even wireless coverage throughout your home. With the new points also encompassing smart speaker duties, Google Nest Wifi enables voice control too. Add in the simple app control and advanced features, including internet filtering and the option to group devices under profiles, and it's almost ideal for all. However, the small number of Ethernet ports and lack of support for Wi-Fi 6 holds it back from attaining full marks.

Bought this a couple days ago cause of issues with the range and speeds of our wifi. We were just using the basic modem router you get when you sign up to an nbn plan. It took a matter of minutes to setup. Plugged the google router in to our existing modem (which we setup in bridge mode) and plugged the other google access point down the house near our bedrooms. We now have perfect wifi coverage throughout the whole house and receiving great speeds on the nbn. The google home app is awesome as well and you can easily manage wifi settings, parental controls etc as well as make certain devices priority over others. Awesome product!

I bought this to replace my Netgear Nighthawk R7000 which was constantly dropping devices off wifi multiple times a day, and required a reboot to reconnect to NBN at least once a day. I'm 2 weeks in with the new Google Nest home mesh, and not a single device has disconnected, nor NBN. Very simple to setup and use as well. So happy with this purchase.

Our internet was shonky at best, I could barely get any bars of wifi unless I was downstairs next to the router. As soon as we plugged this in my internet went to full. We have one in the bed room and one in the tv room and it has gotten rid of all the black spots.

This was not easy to setup. The mesh has to be its own network using its own DHCP. I tried to use my own DHCP but that can’t be done. Now I have a wired and wireless network each on its own ip range. Not what I wanted but workable. The speed is incredible. My wireless speed has doubled. I get 92mbps most times of the day. The range is also good. I have this for a 3 bedroom unit and I get about 80% of the quoted speed all over the house. Please be aware that it says 2 pack router pack. This is not 2 routers but one router and one access point. The difference is that the access point has no Ethernet ports.

I recommend this product. This tech is still quite expensive, but it’s much more superior than any cheaper solution normally provided by your ISP. However, understand if you need 1, 2 or 3 nests wifi in your property. Most likely you will need only one if you don’t live in a farm or a 2 store house.

I bought this about a month ago and it's quick and easy to set up. Just Setup and go. It doesn't have a lot of advanced features or even a web UI - you do everything from the app. But the best kind of router is one that you never need to log into :)

Excellent seemingly solved my WIFI issues and the added speaker is very helpful. easy to set up and manage. Range is algo great and due to the fact that I own a few smart devices really unclogged my network.

Comes with a router and wifi extender, works great for smart homes, when getting a new modem from your ISP you don’t need to reconnect everything, just the google device.
