The longevity of it probably depends on your sense of humour. If you find those utterly idiotic Garry's Mod videos, full of flailing limbs and exaggerated facial expressions and non-sequiturs, to be the height of comedy, then you'll probably enjoy Goat Simulator a lot more than I did, or at least...

There are some minor changes that can add some spice to the experience. At the main menu, one can select a few options that change your goat's special abilities and appearance. One trait allows your goat to eat objects and poop them out as watermelon bombs, while another allows your goat to utilize...

Goat Simulator is a joke of a game. It's small, deliberately unpolished and buggy, and its design is simple. So it's a good thing it's a really funny joke, full of great physics-powered slapstick humor, and unexpected surprises in every corner of its seemingly peaceful small-town map.

Coffee Stain Studio's main page for Goat Simulator describes it as "a small, broken, and stupid game." These aren't the words I'd typically use to begin a review, but I found them appropriate.

Exploring the world and causing trouble was really satisfying, but the appeal disappears as soon as you realise there is only one map. Hopefully Steam Workshop expands on the ideas here, otherwise it may not have much lasting appeal. A multiplayer mod is a must for the future of Goat Simulator!

Coffee Stain Studios has zero expectations for their new game, Goat Simulator. On their website, they even go as far as to say their game is broken. "Goat Simulator is a small, broken and stupid game. It was made in a couple of weeks so don't expect a game in the size and scope of GTA with goats.

If Goat Simulator really was a goat simulator, you'd spend the whole game padding around a field eating grass and occasionally being milked, before ending up on a plate in some upmarket restaurant.

Goat Simulator …one title you never thought you would hear. Considering it was released on the 1st April of all days as well. But however, this is no April fools joke. Goat Simulator is here and it's real. I take 5 minutes to give you a quick review of what I think of the title so far.
