Gigabyte's G1 Gaming is likely one of the finest GTX 1050 Ti boards available, but the slightly pricier AMD Radeon RX 470 simply outruns it.

Runs very cool and quiet; Overclocks well; Excellent feature set for a budget-to-midrange video card

AMD's Radeon RX 470 outpaced it on most tests; Priced well above base-model GTX 1050 Ti cards

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti G1 Gaming 4G

Gigabyte's G1 Gaming is likely one of the finest GTX 1050 Ti video cards available, but the slightly pricier AMD Radeon RX 470 simply outruns it.

Runs cool and quiet; Well suited for overclocking; Plentiful feature set for a video card in this price range

More expensive than base-model GTX 1050 Ti cards; but doesn't outperform the AMD Radeon RX 470 overall

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti G1 Gaming 4G Review

The GTX 1050 sets the bar for budget video card performance. How does it perform That's the biggest question on any PC gamer's mind when a new graphics cards hits store, especially if you're currently rocking a card that can barely power Stardew Valley .

Tales from days gone by...

I'm running an 8 year old Dell XPS 420 and I really, really don't want to buy a new computer. Lately, my peace and equanimity has been shattered by my ten year old son shouting from the basement about how laggy the computer is. Hummm. What to do

Low power consumption; demonstrated compatibility with an eight year old Dell XPS 420 loaded with equally old firmware; totally new experience when matched with a new Dell Gaming S2417DG G-Sync 144 hz refresh monitor

Maybe I should have bought a 470; dunno

GIGABYTE GTX 1050 Ti OC Review

In the graphics card department, NVIDIA has the low-end covered with their new GTX 1050 and the mid-range is occupied by the GTX 1060, but what about in between? Enter the GTX 1050 Ti.

+ Small footprint; + Powered by PCI Express slot; + Low power consumption; + Manually overclocks very well; + Quiet & effective cooling; + Great 1080p performance; + DirectX 12 ready; + One of the more affordable 1050 Ti cards

Fans kick in at around 60 Celsius but during heavy gaming, the card never reached over 65 (not overclocked). Best bang for your bucks!

Very good for budget build; Has RGB and backplate; If you're just planning on playing some MOBAs like Dota 2 or League and not some graphics heavy games; it can run 80-100 fps at 1440p for Dota and 4k for league with max settings; Tested with Farcry 3 at 1440p and got 40-50 fps which is not too...

non so far

definitely worth the upgrade

I upgraded the G1 from a 750ti and I noticed i 40 fps increase also i can play on high or ultra with loosing all frames unlike the 750ti all i can say is that I'm really satisfied with this card

LED and back plate look cool; runs all my games on high or ultra 60 to 100+ fps

Great little card, with nvidea drivers all 1050ti cards clock way past OC point mine gets up around 1800mhz. Short story is don't waste money on fancy 1050ti cards as they are all the same speed.
