Perfect beginners watch.
Excellent beginner sport watch with enough specs for those interested in their exercise stats. Battery life ranges between one week to 4-5 days depending on your activity. Very easy to navigate and gives you comprehensive data for all aspects of fitness. Comfortable to sleep in as well. I like that you can customise your watch face and the phone app gives extra insight into running, sleep, heart rate, stress levels and steps. Definitely worth it.

Great product has all the fitness features I want. Good size for female wrist, band is a bit small for adult male.

Disappointed - Looks like Female/kids watch.
Studied all the running watches on the Garmin site, purchased the 55 for a replacement of my 235. Had it delivered only to discover the images online are deceiving, this is a small watch maybe suited to females and teens. Garmin should brand this as a 55S.Cannot comment on the quality or value as I returned to purchase another model. Disappointed.
