She needs to talk more about the area/trip and keep the driver occupied while driving. Product is good. I recommend it.

I bought the device back in March 2019, I knew I had a couple of trips coming up in May and June, so didn't use the device on the first trip and worked fine. On our second trip, it worked great on the way there, and before we left coming home, the device stopped working.

I like this unit a lot. The touch screen is more responsive and the information is more detailed than the nuvi model. My only two reservations are that I wish that the suction cup was stringer and I was very disappointed that the provided cable is not the one that is needed for receiving traffic...

A smartphone link is needed for live traffic updates. This is a negative step compared with the previous model of this satnav. However, once set up it works well. I bought this for my wife for her car as it is so easy to use and priced well from Harvey Norman. I have been a big Garmin fan for many years and this car GPS has their same high quality and I would definitely recommend :)
