Don't buy it!
I have owned quite a few heat pumps and this one is by far the worst. It's noisy and drafty and impossible to be in the same room when it's running, unless you want to be miserable. The fan surges and the louver vanes creak. Fujitsu's customer support is also very poor. Changed it for a Mitsubishi GE71 and can't believe the difference, and their WiFi is much better also.

Works great
Works great just has a slight bow at the bottom of plastic and there was a small crack in it maybe form transit and didn't deliver to my address had to pick it up from Ballarat

Average Air con
I have had this air conditioner for couple of months now , it is an average air conditioner. This was my first time buying a Fujitsu product. The air conditioner is not as power as my previous one which was a Kelvinator in cooling my 4 bed room house. Plus it is noisy as well. It does have some new futures in it like sensors etc but again it is not very powerful.

If you seriously need a workhorse of an air conditioner, I think this Fujitsu merits serious consideration. For occasional use only, something cheaper might serve you just as well.
Pros:
- You see a lot of Fujitsu reverse cycle air conditioners in hotel rooms for a reason: they are solid and dependable
- This one gets good energy ratings for both heating and cooling
Cons:
- It does cost more than others in its class
