Fujifilm X-T100

Depending on how you look at it, the Fujifilm X-T100 is either the company's most advanced camera for beginners, or its most basic premium model. It slots into Fuji's mirrorless X-Series lineup, between the entry-level and the excellent X-T20.

Excellent image quality; Stylish design; Easy to use; Has both an EVF and touchscreen; Small size

Low frame-rate 4K video; Average autofocus; No weatherproofing; Slow; noisy kit lens

Fujifilm X-T100 Review

The Fujifilm X-T100 is Fujifilm's entry-level X-Mount mirrorless camera with an electronic viewfinder. It offers advanced features including full manual controls, a flash hot-shoe, and raw shooting.

Excellent colour reproduction; Stylish SLR looks; Great noise performance; Compact 15-45mm kit lens; Face / eye detection focus; Mic socket

15fps 4K video; Limited ISO range when shooting raw; Focus struggles at times; EVF isn't very detailed

Fujifilm X-T100 review

Let’s not get too complicated here: a camera’s job is to take photos, and the X-T100 does that very well. To get better performance in Fuji land you’d need to stump up several hundred quid more for the X-T20, and while the cheaper X-A5 should take similar images, the lack of EVF there rules it out for me straight away. The fact that it’s also small, light, beautifully built and attractive is another bonus, as is the well-thought-out control scheme. Like most X Series snappers, this is a camera that handles excellently. It’s not perfect, but at £619 including a lens, you wouldn’t expect it to be. And where it matters, it gets it spot on.

Takes superb pictures; Lovely build design; Small and light; EVF and touchscreen ;

4K video strangely hampered; Autofocus not up there with the best; No weatherproofing;

Fujifilm X-T100

The inclusion of an EVF puts the X-T100 in a class above the X-A5 and makes it a more worthwhile purchase for outdoor photographers in the Southern Hemisphere, where bright sunlight can make monitor screens unreadable.

Fujifilm X-T100

The Fujifilm X-T100 is a mid-range compact system camera with a 24 megapixel sensor, 4K video recording, three-way tilting touchscreen, electronic viewfinder and Bluetooth connectivity. It sits above the entry-level X-A5 and below the prosumer X-T20 in the now extensive Fujifilm camera range.

A Very Capable and Likeable Small Camera

I bought the X-T100 with the 15-45 kit lens a couple of months from WEX ago to act as back up and a lighter complementary camera to my X-T1. I'm realy impressed with both cameras, especially the IQ (taking in RAW and processing in LR).

Compatible withj the Fuju X system; Good for travel; Great Features; Great Picture Quality; Lightweight; Simple Controls; Super Lens

Great for everyday use

I was looking for a camera for everyday use and previously I had been a bit of a Canon fan. A friend loaned me his to try out as he was really happy with it it. I wasn't disappointed. Image quality is superb, the adjustable viewfinder is a real bonus.
