FUJIFILM X-S10 review

The Fujifilm X-S10 is good for travel photography. It delivers impressive image quality out-of-the-box, with minimal amounts of noise even at moderately high ISO levels. The Fujifilm Simulation modes can help give your shots a bit of added flair, though we don't currently test the camera with these...

Impressive image quality., Sturdy-feeling construction., Comfortable to use., Great overall stabilization performance.

Mediocre battery performance., Middling photo autofocus performance.

Fujifilm X-S10 Mirrorless Camera with 15-45mm Lens X-S10 XC15-45MM KIT review

As usual with Fuji, the X-S10 holds appeal for a couple of markets; namely a mainstream one via first time mirrorless converts with relatively deep pockets who want to get more hands-on control than their smartphone will allow, plus existing photo enthusiasts who want a relatively straightforward...

Solid build quality; Mix of high performance yet user-friendly features and operation; Stunningly detailed images achievable

Expensive; The rear panel joystick which replaces a four-way control pad is small and fiddly; Nose snubs against the LCD when using the eye-level viewfinder

Fujifilm X-S10 Mirrorless Camera with 15-45mm Lens X-S10 XC15-45MM KIT review

If you're looking for a great digital camera, with excellent handling, but don't want to spend £2000 on a camera, then the Fujifilm X-S10, with its price of around £1000 (depending on lens choice), would be a great choice.

PASM modes and "DSLR" styling will be appealing to many; Excellent image and video quality; Brilliant handling; Great value for money; Vari-angle screen; Mic and headphone socket (with adapter)

Doesn't offer the battery life of the X-T4; EVF eyecup could be deeper

FUJIFILM X-S10 review

The Apple iPhone 14 is no match for the just-released iPhone 14 Pro, but if you ignore that, it’s one of the most effective phones around.

Great cameras, front and back, Fast performance, Good battery life, Innovative safety features

Design too familiar, Some average features

FUJIFILM X-S10 review

“The iPhone 14 isn't a huge upgrade compared to its predecessor. But with a great design, screen, performance, and cameras, that's far from a bad thing at all.”

Comfortable, high-end build, OLED screen looks fantastic, A15 chip performs great, Good camera upgrades, Dependable battery life, Helpful safety features

60Hz display, No telephoto camera, eSIM might be a pain for some

FUJIFILM X-S10 review

The iPhone 14 isn’t much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it’s still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.

Great camera, Good battery, Emergency features are cool, Still excellent performance

Display could use some upgrades

FUJIFILM X-S10 review

More like an iPhone 13S. The generational upgrades for the iPhone 14 are limited to a few subtle changes. At the same time, however, the base price climbs to 800 USD, while the only true innovation happens inside the iPhone 14 Pro series.

excellent OLED display, dust- and waterproof, fast Wi-Fi, wide range of supported frequencies, great camera, very fast performance, good battery life

display limited to 60 Hz, charging rate limited to 20 watts, no macro lens, wide notch

Fujifilm X-S10 full review: An image-stabilized camera for (almost) everyone

The Fujifilm X-S10 is an excellent generalist photographers' camera. It has great image quality, strong video quality and features, and fast burst speeds for capturing fast action. Our only real reservation concerns its autofocus system, as the tracking performance has simply fallen behind what rival cameras are capable of. Otherwise, it proves to be a capable companion for landscape, portrait, travel photography and more.

Generalist photography, including landscapes, portraits, studio work, run-and-gun video shooting.;

Sports and action specialists that need the best autofocus performance they can get;

Fujifilm X-S10 Mirrorless Camera with 15-45mm Lens X-S10 XC15-45MM KIT review

I think that the Fuji X-S10 is a very attractive camera. When I was first told about it, I was expecting to hear that it has a standard Bayer-pattern sensor and a polycarbonate body, but Fujifilm has pulled out the stops to make a small camera that will appeal to a wide range of photographers.

In-body image stabilisation; Vari-angle touchscreen
