Fujifilm X-Pro2 Review
The Fujifilm X-Pro2 puts an optical viewfinder in a slim mirrorless design, making it one of the most fun—and capable—cameras on the market. In the five years since the introduction of Fujifilm's X-Pro1 ( at Amazon) , the mirrorless camera space has improved by leaps and bounds. The long-awaited X-Pro2 ($1,699, body only) takes everything that photographers love about its predecessor and improve upon it. The sensor resolution has been upped to 24MP, the EVF is crisper, and the camera's focus and shooting rate are significantly faster. If you love shooting with an optical viewfinder, and don't want to shell out the big bucks for a Leica M ( at Amazon) rangefinder, you'll find the X-Pro2 a joy to use. It's a very strong performer, though it faces very stiff competition in the premium mirrorless camera space, including our Editors' Choice, the Sony Alpha 6300 ($998.00 at Amazon) . DesignThe X-Pro2 ($1,699.95 at Amazon) is styled after a classic rangefinder camera, complete with a viewfinder placed in the top corner, rather than at the center as you find with mirrorless cameras styled after SLRs. Well made classic looking machine ...
This retro designed camera is well made and looks tough. I love the knobs and dials which you can use to manually control exposure and speed. I used for street shooting due to its quietness. I also have the previous version X-Pro1 which has a slower focusing but the X-Pro has improved on this.

Rangefinder goodness.
Overall I'm pleased with the body. I love the build and that not only the body but also the dials are metal. Images are what you can expect from this version of the xtrans sensor, and after upgrading the firmware AF is snappy, you also get 4k video but really this is not the body to shoot video...

FujiFilm X Pro-2
I see a good number of professional photographers at a range of events and while a lot of them have Canon offerings there are also Olympus and Fujicameras. Here I get to try a recent mirrorless compact system camera that is very much in their professional range which really pushes my knowledge – or...

Fujifilm breathes new life into X-Pro interchangeable-lens camera line with X-Pro2
After languishing for close to four years in a rapidly changing market, the company brings its once-flagship line up to date. Given that the X-Pro1 debuted in 2012, one might be forgiven for thinking that Fujifilm had abandoned that track in favor of the more recent X-T1, the model which has held the flagship position in the company's pro/enthusiast interchangeable-lens line since it became available in February 2014.

The Street Shooter to Beat in 2016
It's been four long years since the original X-Pro1 was introduced, triggering a tsunami of rangefinder influence in the world of digital photography that's eroded the core of the prosumer DSLR market ever since.
