It delivers impeccable image quality and should be in the bag of any portrait specialist working with the GFX system. A Hefty Prime The 110mm is a hefty lens, tipping the scales at 2.2 pounds. It's long for a prime, at 4.9 by 3.7 inches (HD), and I found it to be a little front-heavy when paired with the GFX 50R. It will handle better when paired with the beefier GFX 50S. The front element supports the 77mm filter size, and the included lens hood has a retractable opening, so you can adjust the position of a circular polarizing filter without removing the hood. The GF 110mm F2 R LM WR is the biggest, heaviest and most expensive lens for the GFX camera system, but it's also crucially the fastest, with the maximum f/2 aperture and 9-blade aperture capable of producing some gorgeous bokeh effects, making this lens a must-have for all portrait fans.

While I have used this lens for Landscape, it really really shines when used for portraits. The fall off at the wider apertures is wonderful. It just makes portraits look really nice.
