great camera for the price
This is a fabulous camera for the price. I purchased this camera becasue I wanted one with more zoom. My old camera only had 3X zoom and it was frustrating getting some travel shots with only 3X.

Fujifilm Finepix S1500
En klart godkänd kamera!!! Men jag rekommenderar den inte till den lite mer kräsne,kritiska och erfarna fotografen! Men som nybörjarkamera är den Bra.
Pros:
- En greppvänlig kamera som är stabil att hålla i
- Den svenska menyn gör den lätt att förstå
- den 'vägleder' dig
- BRA NYBÖRJARKAMERA
- Makron funkar väldigt bra
- Lätt att ta med sig
- ingen fickkamera men ändå inte en klumpig systemkamera!!
Cons:
- Bilderna blir suddiga om motivet är i rörelse
- Jag tycker själv att bildkvalitén kan vara lite kornig eller oskarp i vissa lägen

Great except for card reader error
The camera works great...The only problem I've had is a repeating card reader error. Although I've been able to get the pics off the card it is really annoying...

Fujifilm FinePix S1500
, a little more affordable at £230, but if even that is too expensive there's always today's review camera, the 12x zoom, 10-megapixel Fujifilm FinePix S1500.

Fujifilm Finepix S1500fd: A nice little neat camera!
I would recommend this camera for a new photographer.

A nice little neat camera!
This was my first bridge Camera which I bought as I wanted to step up from the original Point-and-shoot up to a bigger camera. I got it out off Tesco for £149.99 which was pretty cheap as when I got home I checked up and amazon and other big retailers were selling it for alot more.

Fujifilm FinePix S1500
If you want the most zoom with the most features for less than AU$400, the Fujifilm FinePix S1500 is probably the best way to go. There are other models that have more zoom in its price range, but aren't as versatile.
Pros:
- Nice design
- Excellent feature set
- Reasonably simple to use
Cons:
- Picture quality drops off above ISO 200
- Occasionally sluggish performance

The 10-megapixel FinePix S1500 is relatively inexpensive for a superzoom, so it's all the more surprising that its build quality and finish are so good. Its picture quality won't blow anyone's mind, but a solid set of manual controls means it's well-suited to cost-conscious beginner photographers

Fujifilm FinePix S1500 review
The FinePix S1500 is the first Fujifilm camera to use only SDHC cards, with no xD card slot in sight. This is fine by us, as SDHC cards are much faster and cheaper than xD ones, and we'll be happy to see the end of this unnecessary format.
