Exactly what is says on the box - 3D camera. Probably the best in the market and not too expensive either. If you have a 3D to, then your pictures can be seen in excellent quality. Also makes a decent'ish' normal camera.

hard to use the results; lack of recources on market; easy to use; tricky to use result other than watching it on camera screen
This is indeed a wonderful camera for serious enthusiasts and collectors - it is easy to use and massive amount of fun. However you really need to be in love with this to devote time, research and (main part) find resources to use results (e.g.

The FujiFilm FinePix Real 3D W3 features terrific advanced 2D options but hit-or-miss 3D effects leave us wanting more.
Pros:
- Very nice auto stereoscopic display
- Twin CCDs
- two lenses
- For adventurous shutterbugs
- Terrific Advanced 2D options

- Expensive
- No stabilization or AF assist lamp
- No zoom with 3D video

If 3D imagery is not for you then you really would benefit from a specific 2D camera, although if it is then the Fujifilm W3 is really the only 3D camera out there that offers you the ability to review your images straight away on the back of the camera, minus the glasses!

The Real 3D W3 is a niche product that will appeal to a limited audience. It's not the sort of camera you would buy light-heartedly for a bit of fun because it can do "the whole 3D thing" - there's plenty of other cameras that can do something similar without the hassle, like Sony's TX9 and WX5 .
Pros:
- Lenticular screen
- which means no glasses needed to see 3D
- It's an actual 3D camera
Cons:
- Clumsy menu structure
- Fingers can obscure lenses unintentionally
- Need a 3D TV or frame to view images and video away from the camera
