I bought my fridge a few months ago and loved it. UNTIL it broke a month ago. It just stopped being cold. I called F&P and they said they could send a technician in a couple of days (I live in NYC) I took the morning off work and the technician did not come.

Reliability

I love the freezer & chiller drawers, but was a little disappointed that while each drawer has 2 separate compartments, both have to be pulled out together. While not essential feature, it would have made the fridge/freezer even better. Also the top shelf on each door is too high & if lowered took away the tall bottle option that the different shelf spaces allow. However, I am still experimenting with the best layout for me.

Despite waiting close to 3 months for a fridge we were told would take 3 weeks, and having to constantly chase The Good Guys in the hope of getting an update, were pretty happy with this fridge. Its quiet and has heaps of space. Only downfall is theres not a specific ice tray space like our old fridge had. It comes with ice trays but not a specific place to store them.
