Fallout: New Vegas Review

War. War never changes." OK, actually, that's not entirely true. If Fallout's gravelly voiced narrator were really a stickler for accuracy, he'd probably amend his catchphrase to read: "War. War changes slightly." Make no mistake: Fallout: New Vegas is not Fallout 4.

Massive, varied, game world; new faction system; challenging Hardcore mode

Numerous bugs and glitches; dirt-poor AI; sloppy first-person shooting

Fallout: New Vegas – review (PS3, 360, PC)

The room was dark, my eyes slightly opening to adjust to the feint light penetrating through the window.  My stomach empty, growling for food to give me energy and water to re-hydrate my body.

Fallout: New Vegas

Ambitious new features and a great story hindered by a creaky game engine.

Fallout: New Vegas- No spoilers.

Hello Everyone! Do you enjoy trekking through the Mojave with only the clothes on your back, caps in your pocket, a inventory full of junk and your trusty 9MM (Other weapons are available) on your hip? You do? Sounds like this is your kind of game.

Large landscape; great music and sounds; gut - busting humour; stunning graphics

Prone to Crashes; requires a good computer

Well it is goodbye life for quite a while now that i have this. I am so glad that i got this as i never did get fallout 3 and so decided to treat myself. I am not even gonna think about how many hours i will play this for but i think it maybe somewhere after christmas and beyond.

Excellent game - mostly

Excellent game - mostly. This "Ultimate Edition" includes all DLC (4 added-on chapters, and various added-on weapons & gear) on one disc. However it comes with no documentation - no manual, no booklet, nada.

Great game, but in French!

Considered one of the classics to come out of Bethesda's stable, and rightfully so. I'd have preferred a little less of the character customization (an entire personality test in a video game, seriously ?), but the game is overall quite good.

Fallout: New Vegas (PC)

While the world is still recovering from a nuclear apocalypse, the reconstruction of New Vegas is underway. New Vegas is by far the best looking area since the war happened. Of course, it\'s a huge moneymaker and quite the tourist trap.

Superb graphics and voice acting; two companions can travel with you now; plenty of quests to do; lots of fun game play to be had here

Fallout: New Vegas, close to perfect for RPG fans

Set in the Mojave Wasteland, New Vegas does a superb job of preserving the general RPG gameplay and vibe of Fallout 3, while adding enough new elements to keep everything feeling fresh and lively. New Vegas puts you in the role of The Courier, a Mojave messenger shot in the head and left for dead.

Fallout: New Vegas review

All eyes are on Obsidian as they attempt to improve on the rather excellent Fallout 3.

Extensive attention to detail; compelling characters; deep storyline and brilliant voice acting

Unstable; Visual effects feel dated and the companion AI needs work
