More than just something to tide fans over as they wait for FIFA 13, FIFA Street has an identity all of its own. It deserves a place in any football fan's collection.

The FIFA soccer franchise has a long and illustrious history. Year after year, EA trots out their soccer ("football" everywhere but here in North America) sim, and the gaming public eats it up, making the FIFA games a persistent worldwide best-seller.

EA Sports brings us another soccer title with FIFA Street, a different style of soccer from the regular FIFA series that is more "urban" and less strict by having very few rules. Does the change mean that this is the soccer title you must buy? I guess it's time you found out.

Based on the demo I have high hopes for this game. The controls are intuitive and handle really well, its not cartoony or over the top and the would tour/career mode looks promising. Just a fun game to have. If you liked the original Fifa streets (ignoring number 3) then get this.
