EA Sports brings us another soccer title with FIFA Street, a different style of soccer from the regular FIFA series that is more "urban" and less strict by having very few rules. Does the change mean that this is the soccer title you must buy? I guess it's time you found out.
FIFA Street (or FIFA Street 4) is a hybrid game between FIFA 12 and FIFA Street 3. This means that you get the street moves and a smaller field, but with the "realism" of FIFA 12, which is quite different from its predecessor, which focused more on the arcade-y side.
Good game play and lots of different settings to keep the kids playing with ball skills and tricks
The new FIFA Street is a more realistic reboot of EA's street soccer franchise. The cartoony visuals and arcade-style Gamebreakers are long gone in favor of pure, realistic, beautiful skill-based football. We're fans of the change.
can not fault this game. controls are great it feels so real the reaction time is spot on. the full season mode keeps you going plenty of different options to choose from.
Not as good as the earlier versions on previous generation consoles. Still decent fun and good for multiplayer.
More than just something to tide fans over as they wait for FIFA 13, FIFA Street has an identity all of its own. It deserves a place in any football fan's collection.
FIFA Street is a great sports game as long as you stick to its multiplayer component. The controls are easy to learn and provide cool ways to manipulate the ball. The animation is incredibly smooth and the different environments offer lasting replay value.
FIFA Street does a good job in rebooting the franchise, yet it's far from flawless. The AI does let it down and the roster isn't as good as I hoped, but its mechanics are solid once you get used to the controls.
