I ordered a camera body from Supero and a lens from Expert Infotech. I just received my camera and ironically got a notification of my lens being shipped on the same day. The camera body came from Hong Kong and was here first. I'm still waiting on the lens to come from Auckland. Time to lift your game Expert Infotech.Do not buy from them. If you receive a phone with a defect and return for repair, they do not accept it is broken and only offer you a partial refund. My total loss (including shipping, etc) is over $70. Details: I have received from them the smartphone which had touchscreen not responding properly: I kept missing incoming calls , 3 navigation menu buttons worked only every second time, etc.. I have got the previous model phone of the same manufacture and could clearly see the difference: new one did not work as good as the older one. I tried to use the phone for about 1 week after I received the covers and screen protectors. I tried to do factory reset. Finally, I have returned the smartphone in as new condition for the repair. They have told me it is not broken and offered only partial refund. Arguing was pointless, they did not listen.
Terrible, both phones faulty - the first one would not even turn on. Took too long to get fixed so I had to but another phone in the meantime, because it was repaired, they refused to give a refund even though the phone is now useless - then the second phone went. Will NEVER buy for them again - beware!
Horrible experience, I have bought from them twice. The first time, the charger blew up on the first time I used it. The second mobile I bought from them (thinking the first experience was just bad luck) the screen started flickering right from the first use. Never, ever will buy dodgy stuff from this people again.

Bought a black Samsung Galaxy S7. I drove to the North Shore to pick it up but they had accidentally sold the last black one (waste of petrol for me). They offered me other colours but I wanted black so they said they would courier it to me free of charge the next week which I appreciated. When I got the package I noticed that the seal on the phone box was broken. They told me this is because NZ customs opens the boxes occasionally. The phone does not come with an NZ charger because it is a parallel import. They do provide an adapter which works well. I also ordered a screen protector but it doesn't actually fit the screen properly - the left and right edges of the screen are left exposed (even though the protector package says "SAM S7"). So that's $10 down the drain. Obviously the phone price is amazing, you pay $300 less than what you'd pay at Vodafone. The phone works perfectly so other than the average service and crappy screen protector I give them 3/5 stars. Guess I got them on a bad day since everyone else seems to have a 5/5 experience.
I have purchased the phone to be delivered on specific days, was delayed and when i tried to sort it out over the phone was on the line for 45 minuted transferred from person to person, YELLED AT and being told to call courier to sort out their delivery issues by myself. When phone arrived it was unsealed and previously used! When I tried to return they refused and only took it back charging me 15% restocking fee for returning their used/display phone. RUBBISH PLACE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN DEALING WITH THEM. Wasted so much of my time!
