Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Purchase was easy, colour ordered was not available so received a call to see if an alternate was acceptable. Item then received within a few days. Only issue had was item obviously from Thailand as first screen was in Thai, but sorted that and was able to continue.

I was not able to receive the colour phone I chose despite it being shown as in-stock online. The colour I received is fine but was advertised at a cheaper price and I had to chase to receive a refund on the difference. Have purchased from Expert Infotech lots of times and will do again, they do sort things out and have good pricing.

Firstly I made an enquiry about one of the phone and the person over the phone informed me that it will be available in next month, exactly at his given time the phone was available in the store and it was delivered as expected, great service. Strongly recommend this seller.

There was delays with my order but they have called me and explained what is going on and when it will be delivered and it came smoothly so I would use them again.

Frustrating after ordering the camera the delivery date was pushed back twice. There was no explanation for this, just blaming covid (everyone was aware of covid before it happened)
