Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Product information on accessories was very poor, though the main product info was fine. Complaints were treated respectfully and quickly and, though the response was odd (sending something in a compensatory package that I'd actually complained about, though other items in that package made up for it). A subsequent problem was also handled expediently. So I would buy from them again but I answer "no" to the last question as I have no plans to do so (perhaps that question should be rephrased).

No service needed so far. The printer is bulkier than I expected. It would have been useful to have information about size more readily available. That may have led to a different choice of machine.
