Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

No service needed so far. The printer is bulkier than I expected. It would have been useful to have information about size more readily available. That may have led to a different choice of machine.

Great prices and really good service. I used a bank transfer to pay and I accidentally did the reference wrong; so I emailed in about it and they were back in touch really quickly just saying that it was fine and they'll make sure they pass the info onto the relevant team. Arrival of my item was also quite quick.
