Easy to find product info, price was great.

I purchased the sound card because I had insurmountable problems getting my (over $1000 when I bought it 8 years ago) Soundblaster working properly on Windows 7. It turned out my problems were related to latency and not to the card or the drivers and I had to replace my whole machine in order to fix. I don't need the card in my new machine so it is sitting around somewhere in a box, or maybe in an old Win XP machine.

The entire purchase from woe to go was seamless. My camera arrived a couple days after completing the purchase. Packaging was excellent. Overall I am very happy with my decision to make this purchase and I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. Regards

I bought a Samsung Galaxy s2 from Expert Infotech in Aug 2008. I was a little nervous about getting a parallel import but I had no problems and it served me well until yesterday when I stepped on it and cracked the screen.

Bought an Olympus camera from the store. No problem whatsoever - I had phoned to check that it was in stock and it was held aside for me when I went to pick it up and pay. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. Would buy from this company again.

The Product was faulty out of a sealed box. This was immediately swapped for another sealed box. This was also faulty as was the other one I bought at the same time. These were promptly refunded. While I rate the product as 1 out of 10 I rate the customer service I received 8.5 out of 10. This is the highest level of service I have experienced at any of the parallel import shops, and the only one that did not treat me as stupid just be cause I don't know everything about phones.

Their price on the Windows 7 upgrade I wanted was the best in town. After reading some reviews about frustrated pick-ups, even though they're just down the road, I decided to get it delivered. The price of delivery was reasonable and arrived very quickly in excellent condition. Their automated updates on my order status exceeded my expectations and so I can only describe their service as 10/10. I can understand the frustration of those who went to pick up the product only to find it wasn't there. But I imagine that with their volume, they get a lot of people who order and then never pick up or pay. Would you expect them to hold stock for all those orders? Hence why I decided to pay and get it delivered. Anyway, if you're happy with the price, go for it, as this company seems to be doing a great job.
