Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Pretty good thanks. I was confused by a couple of things. First of all the box my new camera arrived in did not fit what I ordered (it was the kit lens version) which made me wonder whether my product was genuine. Perhaps a note explaining why this was the case could have eased my fears. My guess is because this is parallel imported and the original packaging is in a different language? Also, the manual was photocopied which also made me wonder.

Installed on a scratch built computer which tends to raise issues with installation of operating systems. Downloaded to a USB and much to my surprise the installation was quick and seamless with only minimal input required to get the system authenticated and up and running .

The A31 came in a box that had been previously opened which did not give me a lot of confidence that the phone was new especially when written on the broken seal was do not accept if broken. To find that the set up menu was in Chinese did not make setting up the phone an easy task.
