Good service, fast delivery

Purchase was simple and I would recommend this seller to anybody looking to purchase electronics available via EI.

The purchasing process was fine and delivery was really quick. Couple of issues though. The plug was a US plug and not suitable for NZ so I had to source an alternative USB mains adapter and most importantly of all the device just doesn't work. It is set up and running, but it seems as if the internet connection is not good enough for the device. This is frustrating because all other devices using the wifi network work fine, laptops and smartphones. It is just the chromecast and my PS3 which don't like the signal. I am sure it is a good device but buyers should be made aware that you need a really highspeed connection for it to work. I can stream HD straight to my laptop over the wifi network and that is usually fine, worst case I can stream 720, but the chromecast can't even stream Youtube at the lowest bandwidth, let alone casting from a browser tab to the device, this just doesn't work at all. I have tried on smart phones, and different laptops, using windows, android and ubuntu and the results is the same, the item doesn't work. Still it has some nice screen saver images and I am sure that it might work one day if we move somewhere with a better internet connection.
