Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Great website, good selection of items.Very competitive pricing.excellent service and support, got responses to my inquiries in detail and in time.Shipping was fast and my items arrived in 2 days.For fragile and expensive items like camera lenses, the packaging could have been slightly better :).

First time I have purchased from Expert Infotech. The price was considerably cheaper than any retail store, and the purchasing process was seamless. My tablet was couriered to me on the next morning. Have had no problems with it after months of regular use. Pretty much an ideal introduction for me to a new store.

Great parallel importing retailer to deal with. Had some problems with delivery but was the couriers fault not the retailer.

I called the shop to make sure they had the phone (galaxy note 3 white, 32Gb) in stock. They did, so I immediately ordered it online. Shipping was overnight (it says 2-3days on the website) and the phone is working well, and by the way it is awesome!

I don't know if I wil purchase again so its a 'maybe'. I thought the site was easy to use and was delgithed with how quickly teh delviry happened. If I'm in the market for something techy I'll be back.

They make everything fast and easy, No hassles, Prices are the cheapest I've found for a New Zealand based company, Can buy addons for that item, Items are high quality. The only thing is that they only give a one year warranty which i don't think is long enough. Should give a two year warranty as standard.
