Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Prompt inventory check and shipment. Product description page has all the right info, but not in a very easy-to-read format (a table would be nice).

Receiving a repeat order by courier after doing a pick up was a bit of a surprise! Warranty extension option was a big influence.

With so many stories of bogus companies, goods not arriving, people being ripped off etc it takes a leap of faith to purchase online. However this is a company that proved trustworthy the laptop was competitively priced,arrived within a few days of ordering, was in excellent condition and working order. I'm very happy with my purchase and would certainly do the same again.

Fabulous hassle free service - quick and easy to purchase and product was delivered within a couple of days. Automated communication throughout the process was excellent. Would highly recommend to others. I have made a second purchase through InfoTech since then.

Great service, but.... you should say and/or offer an adapter plug for parallel imported goods, and give instructions on how to change from Asian language to English. I figured it out but many wouldn't.
