Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

They have good prices. The last time they sent me white phone instead of black without having my consent. I decided to keep the phone but was surprised. They sent the phone fast though and tried to contact me by phone.

I originally ordered the white version but after a delay, they were happy to change this the the black/blue version.

Fast and simple ording process with correct product delivered. Only thing missing was the correct product model code on the item description e.g. SM-N915G. Which is important in this case to confirm the region the phone is desighed for. So a phone call was required to confirm this. Otherwise a good experience.

I had read mixed reveiws of Expert Infotech but found them to be very easy to deal with. The price for the phone I purchased was one of the cheapest, they confirmed they had stock and it arrived in 3 days. It could have been shipped quicker but I went with a bank transfer instead of credit card (because it had an extra fee attached which wasn't great), and after a couple of days of admin, it arrived. I would happily recommend them again in the future.
