Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

I've purchased a number of items from Expert Infotech and have been pleased with their service each time. They're not necessarily the cheapest but usually not far off. Good product info, pretty quick service and good communication gives me confidence in a good supplier.

Gr8, but only reservation and why the 3 starts for service is that I don't think any way of getting phone looked at? Please call mo on 021 242 6654 for description of the problem, but it send to run app store incessantly and suggest I buy/download the latest app. OR when in Chrome, brings up a prize page. Please help!!

Everything was pretty good apart from the delivery, I asked for the phone to be signed for . And when I checked my letter box it was just in the end without being signed for. I would use you again but make sure your delivery company does as asked for on the package.

This was our second phone purchase from this company, both times the sale went smooth as. Whilst buying and paying for this phone the internet almost crashed out and went very slow. I didn't think payment went thru so I paid them again only to find I had indeed paid them twice. the money was refunded with no hassles once my bankcard statement came in and I noticed it. Well done Expert InfoTech.

Einfotech had the best price for a N.Z. based supplier for this product. With a large purchase, it was important for me that the seller was N.Z. based as I didn't want any issues with customs. Einfotech was also recommended by a friend who had made similar purchases in the past. The process was smooth, and delivery quick.
