I ordered a ring flash for my camera. I emailed prior to make sure it was in stock. Communication was fast and excellent. The flash arrived quickly and because they didn't have the version I ordered in stock, they upgraded me to the newer version at not additional cost. I was very impressed with the service.

Item was listed on website and allowed me to put it in my cart and pay,meow ever I received an email to say it wasn't actually in stock and I would have to wait a week for it to arrive. One phone call to the store and I was told it would be two weeks.minwas offered a refund but it would be better if the item was shown as out of stock on the website. Also my parents ordered and paid for a smartphone on the website and it didn't turn up. After hearing nothing for a week my Dad called them and they said it was on its way, when it hadn't arrived 5 days later Dad phoned again to be told it was out of stock! The guy on the phone then proceeded to tell Dad that he didn't really want that phone anyway and another type, twice the price, would be much better! They did refund the money but at no time did the store call my parents to let them know the phone wasn't available - again it was showing as available on the website. We won't shop there again.

Delivery was very quick, next business day. One problem was the fact that the case was not delivered on that day. It was noted on the delivery invoice, but not very clearly. And it was delivered a few day later, free of charge. But a bit of warning would have been appreciated. But I do have an issue with the 32GB Micro SD card being advertised as an accessory. The Nexus 5 cannot take an SD card. I did have a different device I could use it with, but otherwise it would have been money wasted.

Box was already opened and a bit tattered for a new phone but advised by customer services that it is perfectly new.
