Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

The order page said the item would be delivered in 1 to 5 days, so when I hadn't received it in day 6 I got in touch. I then got a quick reply saying the item had been couriered, with a link for tracking, and after that the item arrived quickly. The phone was as described and in good condition, although the battery was on 0%, which is not a good way to store them. The battery life has been slightly impacted, I think, but it all still works well. Overall, since there was no other way to get this phone in NZ, I'm fairly happy with the purchase.

Initially it was out of stock but you gave an estimated time of new stock. A couple of phone calls later you advised the item was in stock and I completed the purchase details and you said it would be despatched during that day. It was received the next day so the whole process was efficient and well done.

The shopping here was quick and fuss free. I also received an excellent quality copy of the Samyang 135mm Lens I purchased, so I was happy with this product too.

Great experience with product and Expert Infotech team support namely Val Fisher who was very instrumental in locating the same product from another supplier and have it delivered in a timely manner. It was wonderful to know that she had my back and was willing to take responsibility to expedite and ensure that my product arrived in great condition. Thank you Val and team. So my orignal phone died and I needed a new one really urgently. Expert Infotech advertised what I was looking for in stock and listed the quickest shipping time. So placed the order and paid with my credit card. Looked like everything went though and got email saying it will be delivered soon. 2,3,4 days passed and nothing showed up. I sent a email and got no reply, Sent another email 2 days later and still no reply. Called there listed phone number and it just rang and rang with no answer. Was about to charge back with my credit card and attempted to call them one more time and they finally answered. Apparantly the phone I ordered wasnt in stock and they wanted me to pay tiny amount more to get the next model up. They said they had tried to call my broken phone.
