Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Great experience with product and Expert Infotech team support namely Val Fisher who was very instrumental in locating the same product from another supplier and have it delivered in a timely manner. It was wonderful to know that she had my back and was willing to take responsibility to expedite and ensure that my product arrived in great condition. Thank you Val and team. So my orignal phone died and I needed a new one really urgently. Expert Infotech advertised what I was looking for in stock and listed the quickest shipping time. So placed the order and paid with my credit card. Looked like everything went though and got email saying it will be delivered soon. 2,3,4 days passed and nothing showed up. I sent a email and got no reply, Sent another email 2 days later and still no reply. Called there listed phone number and it just rang and rang with no answer. Was about to charge back with my credit card and attempted to call them one more time and they finally answered. Apparantly the phone I ordered wasnt in stock and they wanted me to pay tiny amount more to get the next model up. They said they had tried to call my broken phone.

Good prompt service, was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the tablet colour I wanted - it would require an extra week delay which I wasn't informed about until I called. However, once I indicated that I was fine receiving a different colour, the product was shipped and received promptly in good condition. In total, I have purchased from Expert Infotech twice now and have good experiences both times with the service and products received, and would willingly purchase from them again.

I decided to try einfo on a friend's recommendation, after a competing supplier gave me false information, and was blown away by the speed and efficiency of a couple of important purchases. To top it off, communication was top-notch all the way, so that I always felt I was up with the play on how my orders were progressing.
