Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

The ordering side of the web site was very poor, as it added duplicate orders for the same product. There was no way to delete these. Customer support rang the next morning (which is good), and helped me sort the mess out. I thought everything was ok, however my order stayed four days or so without resolution. I has to ring three or four times to get some movement on my order. Would buy again if the nightmare of a website was sorted.

Bought a Samsung S5 and very pleased with it and the purchase. Was a bit worried about buying online but it all worked out for me. Only thing to note is the charger requires an adapter, which is a bit of a pain but in the grand scheme of things it's not a big deal. Thanks!

The major issue was with slow courier delivery. It may have been hampered by a hold up in the store but the courier service was sluggish and more than the 1-3 days expected.
