I like using Expert Infotech overall, however I have an issue with your "Stock Level" indicator. From experience I know sometimes you don't actually have stock when it says you do, so now I always call to make sure (even when the website says you have stock). In the case of my most recent order, I needed 4 memory cards for a job. I called to make sure you actually had them. I was told you did. However, only 2 arrived. I had to wait a week for the remaining 2 cards. In the meantime I had to purchase an additional 2 cards from another supplier. If I'd been properly informed about the stock levels to start with I could have made a better decision. As such, in future I will only buy from Expert Infotech when I don't need something in a hurry. Twice previously I have received part orders, with nothing indicating (when the first package arrives) that the order has been split. Fortunately the second part did arrive after some delay. Again, better accuracy with the stock level indicator (actually stating the TRUE number of units) would give much greater confidence in buying from you. Other than that I'm happy with your service. Thank you.
