The company has changed over the last couple of years, it had the delivery charge wrong, the warranty wrong, postal tracking wrong, but after speaking to them... they changed, they updated and became more customer friendly... that's why I'd buy from them again.

I wasn't sure if this company was legit or not. But after doing some research I found out that they most certainly were! Awesome price and extremely quick delivery. I'm extremely happy with my dealings with Expert Infotech :)

We have purchased several items from Expert Infotech over the years and have never been disappointed. The price was always considerably better than everywhere else and the ordering process is simple and straight-forward. The staff are easy to get hold of and if there is a problem, it is sorted quickly. Our latest purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S6 was no different - everything went really smoothly and we got a great price!

I am quite disappointed by the service received by your store. I was initially reassured that ordering lens from you on a Monday would see it in my hands on Thursday. The reason I chose to order from you and not anyone else was that I needed the lens for a photo shoot on Friday. The lens did not arrive until Saturday, which had me cancel the client. Furthermore the lens was defective. The lens was not physically damaged as the packaging was in perfect condition. I was then told that the repair process will be another 2 to 4 weeks? And I had to pay for shipping both ways again? For a DOA product? After sending in an email, it took more than a week before i got a response from Nashrin saying that you had made a mistake, and the shipping fee was refunded. I finally got my lens 3 weeks after initial order and had to cancel a few clients. The overall impression i got from the emails was that as long as you had the money, your customer satisfaction did not matter. You may have some good prices but the customer service was terrible and I will not be dealing with you again.

They need to make it clearer regarding the Samsung Tab S arriving with Chinese directions. I had a horrible time trying to revert it back to English language even though I had a salesperson from Expert Infotech giving me instructions. However finally got it right and I am happy with product

I was blown away by the speed of purchase & delivery. I ordered the lens on a Sunday, paid on Monday night and the lens arrived in Wellington early Wednesday morning. Would happily purchase from Expert Infotech again.

Very quick to execute after talking with staff about various options and features of different models.

Ordered a phone late one afternoon and it was in my PO Box the following day (we live outside of Akld) so was understandably impressed with the speed of their service.

The web site was excellent and the service prompt. The manual was not in English but I have downloaded an English manual. That would be my only issue with my purchase.
