Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Product delivery took longer than anticipated. When I called to follow up they explained they couldn't source the colour I ordered and would a black phone be ok. This was fine, although I would've appreciated them giving me a courtesy call a bit earlier. I have notice the battery life on the phone is quite short. Is this normal for a second hand phone?

I bought the camera as a wedding anniversary gift for my husband and gave it to him while on our trip away. The bit of information I missed was that the camera needs an SD adapter, so we could not use the camera on the trip as I had planned. A big disappointment on the day. It would be helpful to add information about what you need in addition to avoid these kinds of surprises.

The only reason there wern'e all 5 stars was because the site said the item was in stock but in relity had to wait about 10daays.

You have got some items in-stock on your website. I bought it and was ready to pick it up from store when you informed to me that you don't have it in stock and overseas delivery will take no less than one week and half. FFS! Never again. You are not at the night market, guys.

The order page said the item would be delivered in 1 to 5 days, so when I hadn't received it in day 6 I got in touch. I then got a quick reply saying the item had been couriered, with a link for tracking, and after that the item arrived quickly. The phone was as described and in good condition, although the battery was on 0%, which is not a good way to store them. The battery life has been slightly impacted, I think, but it all still works well. Overall, since there was no other way to get this phone in NZ, I'm fairly happy with the purchase.

Initially it was out of stock but you gave an estimated time of new stock. A couple of phone calls later you advised the item was in stock and I completed the purchase details and you said it would be despatched during that day. It was received the next day so the whole process was efficient and well done.

The shopping here was quick and fuss free. I also received an excellent quality copy of the Samyang 135mm Lens I purchased, so I was happy with this product too.
