Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Delivered securely packaged. Item showed in stock but had to be ordered in, due to on sale. I had to contact them for this info, but they promptly replied and sent item in the time they stated. Pleased with purchase and service.

My neighbour recommended your company, and I was very impressed with the breadth of items available. As I'm not up with all the features of printers, I enjoyed the Reviews as they gave me a very good idea of the features I needed and wanted, then I could choose the printer that was best for me. The service and delivery were very efficient. I really like my printer, it does everything I want but sadly had to buy 2 as my first one got invaded by ants.
