Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

My neighbour recommended your company, and I was very impressed with the breadth of items available. As I'm not up with all the features of printers, I enjoyed the Reviews as they gave me a very good idea of the features I needed and wanted, then I could choose the printer that was best for me. The service and delivery were very efficient. I really like my printer, it does everything I want but sadly had to buy 2 as my first one got invaded by ants.

It would have been helpful to add that you may need to complete firmware updates etc depending on what camera you are putting the lense on.I did phone when it didnt work on my camera but w as s told that your not interested in providing that info in the description.

I ordered a phone online. Was meant to arrive Tuesday the following week. I didn't see the email it had arrived. Rung a week later and they bloody sold my phone to another client so had to wait 2 more weeks for one. It was a bday gift. They could have done a follow up phone call if I hadn't picked up. Not impressed at all to be honest. Been buying off you guys for some years. Because of previous good service I'll come back. If I was a new client you'd never see me again.
