It wasn't made clear in product description that phones were from India. Main instructions are in Hindi, every day on my phone I receive news updates from India!

Have made a number of purchases through einfotech lately. Their prices are excellent, service generally good - pays to contact them regarding stock levels though, twice now have bought an item that was suddenly "unfortunately not available".

I buy mobile phones of all types from Expert Infotech and find them to be superb. Delivery is prompt but if you are in a hurry you can always go and collect. If on the rare occasion there is an issue it is dealt with quickly and to a high standard. Fully recommended.

There was slight confusion over delivery. I suspect shipment arrived 2-3 days late.

I wanted some reassurance regarding the build date of the camera I was buying but didn't get any information at all. So I went ahead with the purchase on blind faith which I wasn't very comfortable with (i.e. the lack of information about the product). This information I was after was important for this camera because there have been a couple of recalls by Nikon so I wanted to make sure. Maybe as a suggestion, you could in future provide more information when customers have legitimate concerns.

Very fast, professional service to source and supply a camera lens from overseas that is not available in NZ. Exceeded my expectations in delivery time.

Do not buy from them. If you receive a phone with a defect and return for repair, they do not accept it is broken and only offer you a partial refund. My total loss (including shipping, etc) is over $70. Details: I have received from them the smartphone which had touchscreen not responding properly: I kept missing incoming calls , 3 navigation menu buttons worked only every second time, etc.. I have got the previous model phone of the same manufacture and could clearly see the difference: new one did not work as good as the older one. I tried to use the phone for about 1 week after I received the covers and screen protectors. I tried to do factory reset. Finally, I have returned the smartphone in as new condition for the repair. They have told me it is not broken and offered only partial refund. Arguing was pointless, they did not listen.
