Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

I wanted some reassurance regarding the build date of the camera I was buying but didn't get any information at all. So I went ahead with the purchase on blind faith which I wasn't very comfortable with (i.e. the lack of information about the product). This information I was after was important for this camera because there have been a couple of recalls by Nikon so I wanted to make sure. Maybe as a suggestion, you could in future provide more information when customers have legitimate concerns.

great camera and lens. price was a thousand dollars cheaper than competitors. canon are happy to service in the future if required.

No issue of the company but not that happy with the key board. Already one key is faulty and display keyboard lighting is bugged. However I threw out box and cant be bothered with couriering it back for warranty. Would not buy a other keyboard of this model

The phone I purchased was delivered very soon after I ordered it. I sent an email to there customer service, about a mistake I made during the purchase process and they responded in a timely manner by return email and sorted my mistake out straight away. Please trade with this Company.
