When phone arrived the screen was broken. Took over a month to get "a brand new replacement". When that arrived the seal on the box had been broken so I can't be sure it actually was a new phone but don't want to send it back again and wait another month. Seller did not respond to any of my follow up emails during the month I was waiting. Would not buy from them again.

Purchased a Nikon 70-300mm lens, the website said delivery within 1-3 days but after a week I had not had an update on the order. I was told that the lens was shipping from overseas and it ended up arriving after 10 days. Overall happy with the lens but it was very misleading and I was starting to feel like I had been scammed as it wasn't easy to get hold of them.

Online ordering process was very easy, price competitive (possibly not the absolute lowest but best for a reputable seller with an actual store), and the store hours were good for me to pick up on the way home from work in the CBD.

Product very competitively priced. Web application makes online purchase and payment very easy. Took only 2 days for product to be delivered to remote rural address. As a result, have purchased several items from this company.
