Return policy
Within 7 days. All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater.

Product, purchase and description were fine. Dispatch & delivery were not. I needed this product by a deadline, so I ordered 2 days more than indicated that would be required for delivery. The product was not dispatched for 2 days after order, then the courier was late so I did not get before I was flying overseas for work. This caused me the inconvenience of having to work off a phone for 2 months until I returned, instead of a nice new laptop I had just spend a couple of grand on. Not really that cool, wouldn't recommend Expert Infotech if you need a fast online delivery...
