Item not available and alternate suggested. OK response but took longer than anticipated and I had assumed item was ex-stock as I had not purchased from others who were honest about delays.

I had a POST problem with the AsRock X570 Steel Legend motherboard I purchased after few weeks, so I had to send it back to the manufacturer for inspection, but they could not find any fault with it (which I find hard to believe because I tested it multiple times with different working parts I have). By this time, I already waited for nearly two months for my motherboard to come back, so I decided to just pay a re-stocking fee and return the motherboard because it was taking too much time.. But thankfully Expert Infotech offered me a full refund and processed the refund right away. Thank you so much for the full refund and prompt communications. I'd use Expert Infotech again, but probably I would never purchase another product from AsRock.

I ordered a camera body from Supero and a lens from Expert Infotech. I just received my camera and ironically got a notification of my lens being shipped on the same day. The camera body came from Hong Kong and was here first. I'm still waiting on the lens to come from Auckland. Time to lift your game Expert Infotech.

The whole transaction was simple - the item was as advertised, at a compelling price and available.
