Knack 2 Review

is lacking in a number of areas, but its strengths outweigh its weaknesses. The pacing is spot-on, the combat satisfying and the gameplay varied. Co-op is genuinely good fun too, and most definitely the best way for younger gamers to get into the action.

The return of the Knack.

PlayStation 4 launch game Knack was most memorable for its impressive use of particles; it used lots of tiny floating cubes, spheres, and pyramids to make up its main character. But beyond that, it was a throwback to PlayStation 2-era of linear 3D action games.

Looks and sounds excellent; Move set gets more varied and interesting as you go; Clever use of Knack's size makes for enjoyable platforming and puzzle solving

Gets off to a slow start; Some artificial padding leads to repetitive challenges; Heavily coop focused; making puzzles more difficult for a single player

Knack II

Knack II is a fun platforming beat 'em up best suited for younger players, families or anyone who loves co-operative action-based gameplay. It may not set the charts or world on fire, but it improves upon its predecessor in several significant ways – with more varied and engaging combat, a larger...

KNACK II

I used my own spending money to purchase Knack II on the Playstation 4. The PR people for Sony were not capable of replying to any of the requests Family Friendly Gaming put in. They also failed to respond to the massive amounts of coverage Family Friendly Gaming did for them on this game.

[Review] Everybody's Golf for PS4

Platform: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro Developer: Clap Hanz Publisher: Sony Interactive Entertainment MSRP: $39.99 Everybody's Golf (EG) is a name that's not too familiar to people outside of Japan, as in the U.S. this title has typically been called "Hot Shots Golf.

Knack 2

Out of all the many critics of Knack , which rushed out the door in late 2013 as a PlayStation 4 launch title, the harshest may be its sequel. Knack 2 is filled with acknowledgments of where Knack falls short, especially when it comes to combat.

Knack II review – better than awful

Sony's family-friendly launch game gets an unexpected sequel, with improved graphics, deeper combat, and more co-op.

Varied gameplay, with a good mix of combat, puzzles, and exploration; Full campaign co-op and sensibly low price

Despite all the new moves the combat lacks weight or any sense of fun or invention; Ugly art design and unappealing game world, that lacks internal logic

Knack is back, jack

Knack is back, jack Not at first though. Within a minute Knack is bashing things, which by all accounts is pretty great for an action game. You don't need context, he's a cellular (sorta) robot thing in a world of disproportionate humans that all look like Mr. Incredible.

Fun and Family Friendly

This was one of the games we got our boys, ages 8 and 6, for Christmas, and we all love playing it. The game play is smooth, engaging and the graphics are on point.
