Flawed Print Driver

The product looked OK and it does print OK but if one tries to print from Word, single sided with a mixture of portrait and landscape pages the landscape pages are upside dow. Technical support do nothing other than try to give fob off answers. There is no desire to fix the issue.

This has been great for our small business home office. Does everything we need it to do and is fast enough. I haven't had to replace consumables yet but so far they are lasting well.
