I purchased this printer when COVID-19 happpened so I could print papers and things for university from home. The quality is good enough for documents, I haven't tried it for printing photos. And the printing speed is pretty quick. The wireless set up was easy to my MacBook Pro and learning how to use the functions has been straight forward so far (I'm not at all tech savvy). Replacement ink cartridges are reasonably priced, and I was able to print a fair amount of B&W documents with the included cartridge before needing to replace it.

Setup is clunky and old. Connecting wirelessly should not be such a pain these days. Please do better. Previous printers owned have been plug-in and print, downloading the software was painful. Also, if I have already paid my money for your product, and spent my time installing and connecting, why should I owe you more of my time filling in questions to help your business, just so that I can register my product? Very annoying. PS. A review is a review. If it's negative so be it. I don't need "Tips' to write one.

Its a small little powerful monster which sits on my desk at home and helps in all my official stuff and for my kids school lessons. Its easy tot set up, works on wireless and has 4 separate colored cartridges. Would definite recommend for non commercial use

Best printer to set up, I have a tablet/computer that doesn't have a CD drive so I had to do manual set up, which at first I was dreading as I have never had much luck with manual set up, but with this product it was amazing I am so happy with how easy and quick it was to set up, no issues at all. the printer its self is also great quality and prints beautifully. if you are looking for a printer that is easy to set up and prints good quality then this is the printer for you.

Does exactly as advertised and for a fraction of the cost of other printers. Excellent for scanning and the occasional printing.
