More sweet than tangy
The description suggests it is quite oriental but it is actually quite sweet, and not really floral. Nothing wrong with the product, only down to personal taste.

Happy to receive this perfume!
Happy to have found this perfume online. Not readily available in local stores near me. I used this perfume years ago and am pleased that it has not changed.

I have a difficult time picking out one note. It opens very strong with a bright floral and citrusy sweetness. It's not candy or dessert sweet. Instead, the melon and peach give a sweet dimension to the Cyclamen and Osmanthus. There's also a citrusy kick in the opening.

"Sunflowers ~ fabulous fragrance or dirty dishwater?"
~No Sunflowers were harmed in the making of this fragrance!~ Having bought and worn a rather large number of fragrances over the years there are a good number of scents that I still enjoy wearing even though they have been around for some time.
