We were limited to what machines we could buy due to small space and were relieved when this one did fit. It washes the clothes very well and found that if you choose extra dry the clothes will be dry at the end. Great machine.

I bought this product in October 2019 and found that it is easy to use and I don't have to wait a long time for my clothes to be washed and dried. It saves me a lot of time and I can used my time to do other errands, .like going to supermarket, cooking or taking a short nap.

The only shortfall is drying time (2:50 hours to 4 hours)is much longer than the normal dryer.

The clothes are still wet after the dry cycle
