The V10 Absolute has a direct-drive cleaner head which effectively picks up ground-in dirt from carpets. On the other hand, you can clean hard floors in a gentle way, thanks to soft woven nylon and anti-static carbon fibre.
In-line configuration
The motor, bin and cyclone are aligned, which creates more suction power than other Dyson models. As a bonus, it changes to a handheld vacuum cleaner, and back again, with one click.

Absolutely LOVE my Absolute
This is the first cordless vacuum I have ever purchased and just can't believe the difference it makes. The suction is incredibly strong and an attachment for every job possible and lightweight to hold. I'm blown away at how good it is for a cordless to be honest. How have I lived without one!
