This game is hot garbage. I liked Dynasty Warriors years ago when it first came out, but this is just more of the exact same, but worse. It actually took a step back between the Xbox and Xbox 360.

i bought this product because I'm a huge fan of DYNASTY WARRIORS and I played the first one ever since. I just love the improvements they made on the game and the amazing graphics. This is the best Dynasty Warriors game, I would recommend this game.
The Dynasty Warriors series have been around for AGES, and have stuck to the same core gameplay throughout. The basic premise is that you are a "hero" of the Three Kingdoms Saga in China, and must hack and slash your way through armies of mindless drones, taking out the competent enemy generals.
Good but not what we'd call legendary
Long overdue engine update; Accessible and fun; Beautifuly designed costumes
There are only 19 maps; Inconsistent difficulty

It's been a while since the release of Dynasty Warriors 6 , so it was inevitable that the release of this spin-off title would happen. Developed by Omega Force and published by Koei , it is available now for both PS3 and Xbox 360.
When Dynasty Warriors 6 was released in Japan last year, PS3 sales trumped the Wii for the first and only time. But even though Far Eastern gamers can't get enough of Koei's epic series and its myriad spin-offs, this sixth instalment of dizzying brutality still isn't enough to seduce Western players...
However it seems that someone at BXB enjoyed my ramblings enough to allow me to cast my thoughts on the latest adventure for the three dynasties of Shu, Wu and Wei with the aptly named Dynasty Warriors 6 .
A sequel too far for Koei's hack and slash series?
First time DW player, had seen previously played, and really enjoyed. A little (lot) grindy for a couple of the achievements if you care about them, but fun to play through a few times.
