Driver: San Francisco

In Driver: San Francisco, the series returns to its roots and gives fans a driving experience that is dynamic, kinetic, and above all else, fun. While some of the previous Driver installments veered away from the driving aspect, in this game you're always behind the wheel.

Driver: San Francisco Xbox 360 Review

The Driver series has had its ups and downs but never has it been as crazy as the latest game in the series, Driver: San Francisco . This is a Driver game that is once again all about the driving, removing the on-foot sections and going completely back to its roots, but who'd have thought that the...

Driver San Francisco

The story is set just after the previous game, and as we step back into John Tanners shoes the plot takes a bizarre twist early in that not only sees Tanner's nemesis Jericho escape from prison, but John being put in a coma after a near fatal crash.

Driver San Francisco is the latest in the Driver series, and the basic premise is that the city's biggest baddie is on the loose: Charles Jericho – and there's only one man who can stop him. That's you, by the way.

When I first heard the premise of Driver: San Francisco about six months ago I petitioned that Ubisoft Reflections submit to a drug test as the guys over there had obviously been smoking crack.

All in all, Need for Speed: Rivals is a fun meshing of ideas from Most Wanted and Hot Pursuit to create a unique new take on the series. The seamless integration of multiplayer into your single-player world is very well done and really does add a lot to the experience if you want it to.

Nice presentation; single-player / multiplayer integration is well done; fun handling; interesting progression system

Not much customization; dumb story; glitches; gotta pre-order to get a GTR ..

Review: "Driver: San Francisco" is Quantum Leap, With Cars

In a genre as saturated as racing, it takes something remarkable to make a game stand out. It seems these days it's impossible to have a successful release without some sort of gimmick highlighting the game.

Driver: San Francisco

We're careening at breakneck speed through downtown San Francisco, and things are getting a bit hairy. At the moment, we're in the driv...

Shift mechanic is amazing; Tons of mission variety; Loads of real-world cars

Cars get magically repaired; Some storylines dont resolve; Have to unlock online modes

Driver San Francisco – Review (360, PS3)

It's hard to believe that thirteen years have passed since Ubisoft published the original Driver game and with it a fresh approach to an action driving game, incorporating 3D open world gameplay with a tantalising storyline that was addictive, fun and tough all rolled into one.

Awesome game.

I bought this game because I had played other driver games and I wanted to try this one, being set in San Francisco was a major plus. So far the only thing I don't care for in this game is you are in the car the entire game there is no way to get out and walk around. I think this is a great game.
