We ordered a Dimplex heater on line and received only the heater frame. It appeared from the documentation that there were 2 boxes and only one was delivered. Dealing with the online customer service department was really difficult. The item was shipped on 5th March. We received it a few days later and contacted customer service. We were given the right royal run around and after several calls and emails we finally got a response on 24 March. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
